Shipping costs are as follows:

  • USPS First Class: \$5.95

  • USPS Priority Mail: \$7.95

  • UPS Ground: \$9.95

We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also cannot ship to certain countries, such as Cuba, Iran, and North Korea.

Handling Time for Non-Custom Items:

We process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, orders placed on weekends or holidays may not be processed until the next business day.

Handling Time for Custom Items:

We begin on custom items within 24 hours of receiving them. Custom hours can take a day to 2 weeks to create. Once creation is completed, the item is shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may not be processed until the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom made orders.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. We will send you a return shipping label.

  4. Ship the item back to us within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label.

We will refund your purchase price within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged

  • Items that are not in their original packaging

  • Items that were purchased on sale

  • Custom made orders

We will not refund shipping costs for returned items.
